Your San Diego Sunset Transportation Profile is password-protected so that you and only you have access to this information. In order to maintain this protection, do not give your password to anyone. Also, we recommend that, if you share your computer with other people, you sign out of your San Diego Sunset Transportation Account and close your browser window when you are done. Signing off will protect your information if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library. Our registration process is designed to ensure that no one under the age of 14 joins San Diego Sunset Transportation. If we receive notice that a member has provided incorrect information during registration and is actually under 14 years old, we will immediately close their account.

1. Membership is available to anyone aged 14 or older who registers and provides a legitimate electronic mail (E-mail) address and obtains a unique San Diego Sunset Transportation Member Name and password. Membership is non-transferable.
2. San Diego Sunset Transportation does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation.
3. San Diego Sunset Transportation does not permit the use of vulgar or offensive language for your Member Name or anywhere on the Site. You may not use the name of any person other than yourself, the name of any entity or organization, or any term that is a trademark, service mark, or copyright, or that violates any other proprietary right held by another. San Diego Sunset Transportation may, at its own discretion and without notice, delete or revoke any Membership associated with a Member Name of this nature.

San Diego Sunset Transportation may terminate any Membership (and any and all related content, communications, postings, or Web pages) at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates local, state, or federal laws or regulations, these Terms & Conditions of Use or other policies or guidelines set out by San Diego Sunset Transportation elsewhere on the Site, or for material that San Diego Sunset Transportation in its sole discretion believes is harmful to other Members, the business of San Diego Sunset Transportation, or other third-party information providers. Individuals who have had their Membership terminated may not continue to utilize member privileges in any manner or for any reason without the express written permission of San Diego Sunset Transportation.

If San Diego Sunset Transportation becomes aware of the presence of material on its server that violates any other right of any party, either in the course of its ordinary and reasonable business activities, or through notification by a third party who alerts San Diego Sunset Transportation, preferably by certified mail, of the specific location of the alleged presence of such materials, San Diego Sunset Transportation will contact the Member responsible for the material and alert him or her of the allegations and notify the person that within five days he or she must respond as to why the material does not violate the rights in question. Regardless of whether the Member responds, San Diego Sunset Transportation reserves the right to remove the Member Web page. In all cases, if in its sole and absolute discretion, San Diego Sunset Transportation concludes that one or more of the Member Web pages violates the rights of any other party; San Diego Sunset Transportation reserves the right to delete the offending Member Web pages at any time without prior notice.

REVISIONS TO TERMS OF USE San Diego Sunset Transportation reserves the right to alter these terms of use from time to time as it deems, in its sole discretion to be appropriate or necessary.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND COPYRIGHT AGENT San Diego Sunset Transportation respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. San Diego Sunset Transportation is in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. In order to protect the intellectual property of people from misuse we ask you to help us.
